摘要
目的探讨利用股前外侧皮瓣修复皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法对2012年3月—2016年3月苏州大学附属第一医院收治的32例皮肤软组织缺损患者采用股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复。皮瓣切取范围为12 cm×6 cm^22 cm×13 cm。结果该组32例皮瓣全部成活,创面均Ⅰ期愈合。术后无1例发生血管危象。随访6~24个月,平均16个月。所有皮瓣外形及功能均满意。结论临床应用股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复皮肤软组织缺损是一种较为理想的方法。
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of anterolateral thigh flap in repairing the skin soft tissue defect. Methods 32 cases of patients with skin soft tissue defect treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 were repaired by the anterolateral thigh flap, and the size of flaps ranged from12 cm×6 cm^22 cm×13 cm. Results In this group,the flaps of 32 cases were survival, and the wound was healed in Ⅰ stage, and there was no case with crisis of blood-circulation after operation, and the follow-up was between 6 months and 24 months, 16 months on average, and the appearance and function of all flaps were satisfactory. Conclusion In clinic, the application of anterolateral thigh flap in repairing the skin soft tissue defect is an ideal method.
