超关节外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗高能量pilon骨折的围术期护理 被引量：1

摘要 [目的]总结超关节外固定支架结合有限切开内固定治疗高能量pilon骨折的围术期护理要点。[方法]通过对2013年9月—2016年4月在本院应用超关节外固定支架结合有限内固定方法治疗的38例高能量损伤的pilon骨折病人进行围术期护理,观察其关节活动功能和骨折愈合程度。[结果]按AOFAS评分标准进行评定,优良率92.1%。[结论]规范、全面的术前、术后护理对手术效果有辅助作用,可以促进病人骨折愈合,减少并发症的发生。
