摘要
目的:研究制首乌对去卵巢大鼠子宫指数和血清性激素水平的影响。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、制首乌高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照组。采用手术建立去卵巢大鼠模型,假手术组摘除双侧卵巢周围等体积脂肪,造模后7d,制首乌高、中、低剂量组分别灌服浓度为0.3 g/m L、0.15 g/m L、0.075 g/m L的制首乌水煎液,阳性对照组灌服浓度为0.018mg/m L的补佳乐,连续给药28d。计算各组大鼠子宫指数,ELISA法测定大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠子宫指数下降,血清中E2含量降低、LH和FSH浓度升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比,制首乌各处理组可不同程度的升高子宫指数和血清E2含量,降低LH、FSH浓度(P<0.05)。结论:制首乌可通过调节子宫指数和性激素来调节生殖轴,说明其具有植物雌激素样作用。
Objective To study the effect of Polygoni Muhiflori Radix Preparata on uterine coefficient and sex hormones in ovariec- tomized rats. Methods Rats ( n = 60) were randomly divided into sham - operation, model, Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparata high close, middle dose, low dose and positive control groups. Taken operation to set up the model of ovariectomized rats, and removed isopyknie fat in sham - operation group. After 7 days, the Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparata high dose, middle close and low dose groups were respectively given drugs as 0. 3 g/mL, 0. 15 g/mL , 0. 075 g/mL, the positive control group was given drug as 0. 018 mg/mL, and sustainted 28 days. Figured up the uterine coefficient, and maked use of ELISA to measure the level of serous E2, FSH, LH of all rats. Results Compared with sham - operation rats, the uterine coefficient of the model group declined, and the content of se- rous E2 decreased, and the concentration of FSH and LH increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Compared with model group, the Polygoni Muhiflori Radix Preparata and positive control groups could inordinately increase the uterine coefficient and the serous E2, reduce the serous FSH and LH. Conclusion Polygoni Muhiflori Radix Preparata can improve the reproduction by adjust uterine coefficient and sex hormones. It hints that Polygoni Muhiflori Preparata has the function likes Phytoestrogen.
