摘要
近年来,高职教育越来越受到国家和社会的重视,高职院校的班级管理为培养高职类人才提供了温暖的玉床,除此之外,耗散结构理论也被视为一种新的系统化理论,应用到了各大领域。高职班级就是一个耗散结构,本文从耗散结构形成的四个条件的视角对高职班级管理工作方法进行了探讨。
In recent years, higher vocational education has been paid more and more attention by the state and society. The class management of higher vocational colleges has provided a basis for cultivating high vocational talents. Besides, the dissipative struc- ture theory is also regarded as a new systematic theory applied to major areas. Higher vocational class is a dissipative structure. This paper discusses the methods of class management in higher vocational colleges from the four conditions for the formation of a dissipative structure.
