摘要
为了解新疆8个主栽品种的耐旱性,本试验采用不同浓度的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,对9个花生品种的萌芽期耐旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,9个花生品种不同测定指标中均存在一定差异性,平均隶属函数值表现为花育25号(0.8144)>花育51号(0.6444)>花育52号(0.4694)>花育951号(0.4616)>山花7号(0.4597)>中花16号(0.4036)>山花9号(0.2928)>花育22号(0.2296)>花育33号(0.1227)。由此可见,花育25号的抗旱性较强,花育33号的抗旱性最差。本研究结果对新疆选育抗旱花生品种具有一定指导意义。
In order to investigate the drought tolerance of eight leading peanut cultivars in Xinjiang,the experiment was conducted using 9 peanut varieties as materials with different concentrations of PEG-6000 solution to simulate drought stress conditions,and evaluate their germination period. The results showed that the 9 peanut varieties with different determination indexes present certain differences. The average of subordinate function values of the performance of Huayu 25 (0. 8144) 〉 Huayu 51 (0. 6444) 〉 Huayu 52 (0. 4694) 〉 High oleic No. 931 (0. 4616) 〉 Shanhua 7 (0.4597) 〉 Zhonghua 16 (0.4036) 〉 Shanhua 9 (0. 2928) 〉 Huayu 22 (0.2296) 〉 Huayu 33 (0. 1227). The drought resistance of the 9 tested materials was the best in Huayu 25, and the worst drought resistance was Huayu 33. The results of the experiment were significant for the breeding of drought resistant peanut varieties in Xinjiang.
