摘要
目的剖析牙种植修复对于合并慢性牙周炎患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院2010年12月-2011年12月接受牙种植修复的40例患者作为本次的研究对象,分为研究组与对照组各20例,研究组均为合并慢性牙周炎患者,对照组则为接受牙种植修复的无慢性牙周炎患者,对比观察两组患者在进行种植修复治疗后0.5、1年的短期和3、5年的长期种植修复成功率。当然,在植入种植体之前必须消除患者牙周炎症和对其进行良好的感染控制。结果近期的治疗效果对照组虽优与研究组但两组的比较差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组在3年和5年成功率为81.81%和72.72%,而对比组在三年和五年的成功率分别为90.90%和86.66%,两组较之成功率的比较差异较大,在统计学方面存在比较意义(P<0.05)结论种植修复在慢性牙周炎患者与健康者的疗效在近期的比较上无明显差异,但在远期疗效上来看牙周健康者的疗效更加理想。
Objective To analyze the effect of dental implant repair in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods In our hospital in December 2010 -2011 year in December, 40 cases underwent dental implants in patients as the research object, divided into study group and control group of 20 patients, study group were patients with chronic periodontitis, the control group accepted no patients with chronic periodontitis dental implants, compare two groups of patients in implant treatment after 0.5, I years, 5 years and 3 short-term long-term implant success rate. Of course, the periodontal inflammation and good infection control must be eliminated before implants are inserted. Results The results of the recent curative effect of control group and study group is excellent but the difference between the two groups is not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; the study group in 3 years and 5 years, the success rate was 81.81% and 72.72%, while the contrast group in three years and five years of success rates were 90.90% and 86.66%, compare the differences between the two groups compared with the success rate of the larger, there is significance in Statistics （P 〈 0.05） Conclusion Implant repair effect in chronic periodontitis patients and healthy subjects showed no significant difference in the recent comparison, but in the long term curative effect on periodontal health of the more ideal.
