经尿道前列腺等离子电切术应用依托咪酯联合丙泊酚麻醉效果观察被引量：3

摘要目的观察依托咪酯联合丙泊酚用于经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)的麻醉效果。方法随机将46例接受PKRP的良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者分为2组,各23例。观察组应用依托咪酯联合丙泊酚喉罩静脉全麻。对照组未使用依托咪酯。观察2组麻醉效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组麻醉前后血压、心率波动较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后均未发生恶心、呕吐、躁动等不良反应,而且手术时间、麻醉时间、麻醉苏醒时间、拔除喉罩时间、术中瑞芬太尼使用量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与丙泊酚比较,依托咪酯联合丙泊酚用于PKRP,患者血液动力学稳定性好。
