摘要
随着社会发展,煤炭企业安全文化是企业文化的重要组成部分,也是企业安全生产的需要,论文主要针对安全文化对于加强煤炭安全生产的重要性进行分析,从而提升煤炭企业安全文化建设水平。
With the development of the society, the safety culture of coal enterprises has become an important part of the corporate culture, it is also the need for the safety production of enterprises .This paper mainly analyzes the importance of safety culture in strengthening the safety of coal production, so as to improve the construction level of safety culture in coal enterprises.
