摘要
用严重缺硼的灰紫色土壤盆栽向日葵,于苗期取第一片真叶和第14片功能叶观察叶片的解剖结构。结果:与正常供硼的比较,缺硼抑制叶肉细胞中叶绿体和线粒体形成,数量减少。单个叶绿体内的基粒数减少,基粒发育成型比正常的快,基粒片层紧密叠加。叶肉细胞中线粒体基质稀疏,嵴数明显增加,嵴内空间加大。
Electron microscopic examination of leaf mesophyll cells of sunflower plants grown in boron-deficient soil revealed that the number of chloroplasts and mitochondria and the number of granum of chloroplast were reduced as compared to peants. And the grana lamella formation of born defficient plants is earlier than that of the normal plants. In mitochondria, the contents of stroma were decreased with an accompany increase in cristace number under boron-deficient condition.
