李小珊教授治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘经验 被引量：2

摘要 李小珊教授认为咳嗽变异性哮喘本质是哮喘,应以喘论治。风、痰为中医主要病因,亦为病机中的主要病理环节。风痰并治,在辨证论治的基础上注重辨病与辨证相结合,发作期疏风祛痰,恢复肺的宣降功能,以射干麻黄汤为基本方;缓解期因久咳伤肺,久嗽动脾,肺脾虚则累及肾,治以补肺健脾,扶正祛邪为主,药用玉屏风散加减。
