摘要
目的:探讨零缺陷护理模式在脑积水患儿围手术期的应用效果与价值。方法:将80例脑积水患儿随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(39例),对照组给予围手术期常规护理,观察组则在常规护理基础上采取零缺陷管理模式,比较两组患儿症状积分、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组症状积分、不良反应发生次数改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05):观察组满意度为97.6%,显著高于对照组的71.8%(P<0.05)。结论:零缺陷护理能提升护理质量,减轻围手术期脑积水患儿的症状,减少不良反应的发生,提升治疗效果。
Objective： To investigate the application effect and value of zero defect nursing model in perioperative period of hydrocephalus children. Methods： 80 cases of hydrocephalus children were randomly divided into observation group （41 cases） and control group （39 cases）, the control group received conventional perioperative nursing, while observation group accepted zero defect nursing model on the basis of conventional nursing, compared the symptoms score, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of children in two groups. Results： The improvement of symptoms score and occurrence times of adverse reactions of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）; the hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）; the satisfaction of observation group was 97.6%, which was higher than 71.8% that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zero defect nursing model can improve the nursing quality, ease the symptoms of hydrocephalus children at perioperative period, reduce adverse reactions and enhance the therapeutic effect.
