摘要
以WC-8%Ni硬质合金为研究对象,采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪以及显微硬度测试仪等设备研究了真空烧结温度对合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在1 450℃真空烧结温度下制备的WC-8%Ni硬质合金具有最为优异的力学性能,合金相对密度、HV30硬度、断裂韧性(KIC)分别为99.81%、13.23GPa、24.22MPa·m1/2。通过Murakami试剂浸蚀和XRD分析,确定了1 475℃以上烧结合金中存在η相,并讨论了η相对合金力学性能的影响。
The influence was investigated of vacuum sintering temperature on the microstructure and me- chanical properties of WC-8% Ni cemented carbide by using scanning electron microscope, metallographic microscope, X ray diffractometer, microhardness tester and other devices. The results show that WC-8% Ni cemented carbide sintered in vacuum at 1 450 ℃ has the most excellent mechanical properties with the rel- ative density of 99.81% ,HV30 hardness of 13.23 GPa and fracture toughness (Kic) of 24.22 MPa · m1/2. Based on Murakami etching and XRD detection,the alloy sintered at 1 475 ℃ or more has η phase. And the effect is also discussed of η phase on alloy mechanical properties.
