摘要
通过人工杂交产生了甘蓝型油菜的16种芥酸基因型,用多元和一元统计方法比较了这些基因型F_1和F_2种子油中脂肪酸组成的差异。结果表明:当基因型中芥酸基因E的数目不同时,其F_1和F_2种子油中的脂防酸组成均有极显著的差异,而具有相同数目芥酸基因的不同基因型,其脂肪酸组成非常相似。均值向量的多重比较表明,除F_2的2E组外,具有相同芥酸基因数的不同基因型的脂肪酸组成无显著的差异。6个正反交组合的比较表明,仅廿碳烯酸和芥酸在个別组合中表现出一定的差异,其他脂肪酸的差异不显著。两个芥酸基因座位上等位基因的效应比较表明,在另一座位为ee时,两座位等位基因的效应差异不显著,但在另一座位为EE时,其差异多达显著或极显著水平。这种差別很可能与背景基因型有关。
All the 16 possible genotypes of erucic acid in Brassica napus L. were developed from dialtel crosses of four homozygous lines eAeAecec, EaEaecvc , eAeAEcEc and EaEaEcEc. The fatty acid compositions of E_1 and F_2 generations were compared. It was shown that, there were highly significant differences of fatty acid compositions among genotypes with various number of alleles for erucic acid, and no deteclable differences among genotypes with equal number of alleles. No significant differences were detected between reciprocal crosses. There was no significant allelic difference within each the two loci Ea and Ec when the genotype of the other locus was eAeA or ecec. but there were significant differences in most cases when the genotype of the other locus was EAEA or EcEc.
