摘要
乳化液斑迹是冷轧带钢常见的一种质量缺陷,某机组在生产DP钢过程中发生批量乳化液锈斑缺陷,给产品质量控制带来很大影响。通过分析乳化液吹扫装置原理和现场试验调整,最终找出影响吹扫质量的因素。对吹扫装置进行改进并在调整和维护上加强管理后,带钢表面质量得到了良好控制。
Emulsion mark is a common quality defect on the surface of cold rolled strip. Aimed at an emulsion mark defects occur- rence on the DP steel strip surface, the cause was found through the air hlow system analysis and on-site test. The air blow device was adjusted and its maintenance was strengthened, so the strip surface quality was improved.
