摘要
客观上,国内外研究人员在投稿时,系统考虑期刊吸引力情况,包括期刊声望、期刊服务(投稿服务、审稿服务、出版周期、用稿机制、读者群);主观上依赖于学术期刊编辑团队主体性的发挥程度,包括主编、编委与编辑的主体性,并例举国内外顶级期刊案例进行辅助分析。
Objectively, researchers at home and aboard will systematically weigh the situation of journal attraction while submitting a paper to the academic journals, including the journal prestigious, journal service （involving articles processing, proofreading, publishing cycle, article using mechanism and readership）. Subjectively, it also depends on the subjectivity of editorial team, including the chief editor, the editorial board and editors. Meanwhile, some top international journals cases were taking as examples.
