摘要
建设海绵城市是生态文明建设的重要内容,对于提高城市防洪排涝能力、修复城市水生态、实现雨洪利用和促进城市水系统的良性循环具有十分重要的意义。文章从水资源、水环境、水安全和水生态方面对淄博市展开调研与分析,切实把握海绵城市的重点建设方向,提出海绵城市建设的编制思路与规划策略,推动淄博市海绵城市规划目标的实现。
Sponge city has become an important part of ecological city development,and it is significant to flood prevention and control,water ecology,rainwater reuse,and healthy cycling of urban water system.The paper makes survey and analysis of water resource,environment,safety,and ecology of Zibo city,follows sponge city development orientation,proposes sponge city development ideas and planning strategies for Zibo city.
