摘要
运用专家访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法等对海峡两岸帆船运动交流的现状进行分析研究,发现两岸帆船运动发展正逐步失衡;两岸帆船运动交流的竞赛模式略显单一;两岸帆船运动交流中两地相互性不够;两岸高校帆船运动已成为两岸帆船运动交流的主力。针对发现的问题与不足,建议在厦门建立两岸帆船运动交流基地;两地政府制定相关便利政策;交流中加大文化类交流比重;建立两岸高校帆船运动联盟,从而推动两岸帆船运动交流新的发展。
By using the methods of expert interviews,literature material,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper analyzes the present situation of sailing exchanges across the Taiwan straits and finds that development of sailing across the straits is gradually imbalances; the competition model in sailing communication is slightly single; the lack of mutuality between sailing exchanges across the Taiwan straits,the sailing in colleges and universities has become a main force. In view of these,this paper suggests that sailing communication base should be set up in Xiamen,the governments establish relevant convenience policy,increase the proportion of culture exchange in communication,establishing college sailing leagues to promote sailing communication on both sides of Taiwan straits.
