用兔毛氨基酸含量作为德系安哥拉兔早期选种指标的研究

摘要 采用氨基酸自动分析仪分别测定了55只德系安哥拉兔毛血液游离氨基酸和兔毛氨基酸含量。分二月龄、五月龄两阶段,分析了氨基酸之间,氨基酸与产毛性能之间的相关性;分析了氨基酸含量与其对应的密码子数之间的关系,制定了产毛性能与氨基酸之间的多元线性回归方程。分析结果表明,个体选择指数与二月龄兔毛氨基酸的回归方程最佳,可依此进行早期选种。 Amino acid contents in th blood and wool of 55 German Angora rabbits were measured at two growth stages ( 2-month-old and 5-month-old ) using an automatic acid analyzer. The relationships of different amino acids, and the conrelation between amino acid contents and wool producing capacity were analysed. A multiple regression equation was formulated using wool producing capacity as the dependent variable and amino acid contents as independent variables. It was shown that the regnession equation of wool producing capacity on amino acid contents of 2-month-old rabbits can be used as criteria for early stage selection in rabbit breeding.
