中西医结合治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察息痛方治疗痛风性关节炎湿热蕴结证的临床疗效。方法:选择中医辨证为湿热蕴结型的痛风性关节炎患者共72例,随机分为两组各36例。对照组给予美洛昔康片口服,治疗组予美洛昔康片加息痛方口服,共治疗2周。结果:所有患者在疼痛、肿胀水平、ESR、UA方面治疗后比治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组控制17例,显效10例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.2%;对照组控制10例,显效5例,有效6例,无效11例,总有效率69.4%;治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在口服美洛昔康的基础上联合应用息痛方治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎,可提高疗效,减少患者痛苦。
