摘要
目的了解成都市某区消费者参与游泳池卫生社会共治微信监督平台的影响因素,为微信平台的完善提供参考依据,引导消费者健康消费。方法采取方便抽样的方法对辖区内50家游泳池1 374名具有认知能力的消费者进行问卷调查,获得其人口学特征、游泳习惯以及消费习惯等方面信息,消费者是否愿意参与该平台的影响因素研究采用卡方检验,logistic回归分析等方法。结果调查的1 374名消费者中,83.7%的消费者表示愿意参与到游泳池卫生监督平台中,不同年龄、文化程度、夏季每周游泳次数、网络评价习惯、消费信息获取渠道、卫生指标了解情况的消费者其参与微信监督平台意愿比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将这些因素纳入多因素logistic回归分析,文化程度、夏季每周游泳次数、水质卫生指标了解情况、网络评价习惯是参与游泳池卫生监管平台的影响因素。结论辖区内消费者参与卫生监督平台意愿较强,夏季每周游泳频率为2~3次、文化程度在高中及以上、对游泳池卫生指标了解、有网络评价习惯是消费者参与游泳池卫生监管平台的促进因素;相关部门应结合实际情况加大对平台及游泳池相关卫生知识的宣传,完善消费者参与机制,引导构建和谐的网络环境。
ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze factors influencing willingness of consumers in a district in Chengdu to participate in the Wechat platform for social co -governance and hygienic supervision of swimming pools and provide references for improving the Wechat platform and guide consumers' healthy consuming behav- iors. nethodsA questionnaire -based survey was conducted in 1 374 consumers with cognitive ability from 50 swimming pools in this district by convenient sampling; their demographic characteristics, swimming and consumption habits and other information were collected. Chi square test and logistic regression method were used to identify influencing factors of people's willingness to participate in the platform for supervision. Resuits83.7% of the 1 374 interviewees were willing to participate in this platform. The chi square test showed statistically significant associations (P 〈 0.05 ) between age, educational background, swimming frequency per week in summer, habits of giving comments on the Internet, ways for acquiring consumption information, knowledge on sanitation indicators of swimming pools and willingness to participate in this platform. These fac-tors were analyzed by multiple and the results showed that logistic regression method educational background, swimming frequency per week in summer, knowledge on sanitation indicators of swimming pools and habits of giv-ing comments on the Internet were factors influencing people's willingness to participate in hygienic supervision. ConclusionConsumers in this district have strong willingness to participate in this platform, and have habit of swimming two to three times per week in summer, an educational degree of high school or above, good knowl- edge about hygienic indicators of swimming pools and a habit of giving comments on the Internet are factors promoting consumers' participation in the platform for hygienic supervision of swimming pools. Related departments should, with the practical conditions taken into consideration, enhance propaganda of related knowledge about the platform and hygiene of swilling pools, improve the consumers' participation mechanism and provide guidance for constructing a harmonious network environment.
