摘要
介绍了一种新型诊断方法,利用电流谐波对矿山电气设备劣化状态进行诊断。首先介绍了谐波故障诊断技术的解析理论,接着列出电动机劣化状态的诊断流程,并给出电动机劣化程度的判断标准分级,最后通过对新集二矿电动机进行诊断,验证了谐波故障诊断方法的准确性。
A new diagnosis method for the electric equipment in mines is presented by current harmonics, corresponding content includes its analytic theory, diagnosis process, standard of different levels. Finally, the accuracy was verified by experiments in Xinji No.2 mine.
