摘要
通过显微组织观察、扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、室温拉伸试验等测试方法,研究了Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Ag-Ce(-Zr)合金的强化机制。结果表明:合金固溶温度为520℃;添加微量的Zr元素,可以显著细化合金晶粒,提高合金峰时效强度;T8峰时效与T6峰时效态相比,合金强度进一步提升,并且达到了良好的强塑性配合。
Strengthening mechanism of A1-Cu-Li-Mg-Ag-Ce-Zr alloy was investigated by means of metallography, SEM, differential scanning calorimetry, TEM and tensile test. Available evidence suggests that solution temperature of the alloy is 520 %. The addition of rare Zr can refine the grain size and increase the strength at peak-aging state. Compared with T6 tempering, the strength in T8 peak-aging state is improved.
