浅析MTO装置温度仪表的设计选型

摘要 最近几年,国内新建了多套甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置,温度仪表作为最基础的仪表之一,在MTO装置的长周期稳定运行过程中发挥着重要作用。笔者总结了几个项目的工程经验,调研了已投产MTO装置的运行情况,简要介绍了MTO装置温度仪表的设计选型原则,重点介绍了反应再生部分的特殊热电偶的选型及相关要点。笔者旨在通过本文的相关论述和探讨,为工程人员对MTO装置温度仪表的合理应用和设计选型提供一点启示。 Recent years several new-building Methanol to Olefins (MTO) units have been put into operation. As one of the basic instruments, temperature instruments play important roles in ensuring the long-term stable operation in MTO units. Based on design experiences and investigation of MTO units which have been put into operation, author introduces design principles of temperature instruments for MTO unit briefly. The design of special thermocouple in reaction regenerator and related points are mainly introduced. Through descripting these views, author's purpose is to provide inspiration for instrumentation engineers.
