摘要
开放、亲民、拓展、创新与竞争,是数字档案资源建设的重要理念。基于以上理念,国家综合档案馆在数字档案资源建设中,可以建立面向社会的数字档案资源采集机制,积极引入公众参与;注重民生、民间与"民建"档案资源的收集;拓展资源外延范围与资源建设方式;创新资源收集机制与资源呈现形式;主动采集"潜在资源",积极争抢"无主资源"。
Opening-up, user-friendliness, expansion, innovation and competition are all the important ideas for digital archival resources construction. Based on the above ideas, the national comprehensive archives could take several methods in the construction of digital archival resources, including building dig- ital archives resource acquisition mechanism oriented society to introduce public participation actively, fo- cusing on the collection of people＇s livelihood, folk and public-generated archives resources, expanding the scope of resources and construction mode, innovating resource collection mechanism and its presentation forms, collecting potential and unowned resources positively.
