摘要
以钢渣及蒙脱石为原料,工业淀粉为添加剂,制备钢渣-蒙脱石颗粒吸附剂并将其做为实验材料,研究了其对水中Pb^(2+)的吸附性能,探讨了影响吸附的因素。研究结果表明:钢渣-蒙脱石颗粒吸附剂在溶液p H为7和吸附反应时间120min的条件下吸附效果最佳。在此环境条件下,吸附剂用量为9.0g/L、对初始浓度为100mg/L的Pb^(2+)溶液的去除率可达到93%,钢渣-蒙脱石颗粒吸附剂在以上条件下对Pb^(2+)的吸附量为10.3mg/g;钢渣-蒙脱石颗粒吸附剂吸附重金属离子时可用二级动力学方程进行拟合,对Pb^(2+)的相关系数为0.9993;且符合Langmuir方程,其相关系数为0.9929;对Pb^(2+)的理论饱和吸附量为12.61mg/g。
Taking steel slag and montmonillonite as raw material, and industrial starch as additive, we prepare the absorbent, and ob- serve its adsorption performance of Pb^2 + from aqueous solution. The results show that, the best condition is that the PH value with 7, absorbent dosage with 9.0g/L, after 120 min. , the removal of Pb^2 + (100mg/L) reaches 93%. The adsorptive capacity of Pb^2 + is 10.3 mg/g. The adsorption of heavy metal ions by the grain absorbent is available fitting with secondary dynamic equation, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9993 for Pb^2 +. And it is in line with the Langmuir equation with correlation coefficient as 0. 9929. The theoretical value of saturated adsorption for Pb^2 + is 12.61ng/g.
