摘要
对42CrMo钢锻件白点的生成原因进行研究,采取相应的冶炼、锻造和热处理工艺和方法进行控制,以避免白点生成,提高42CrMo钢锻件质量。
The cause of generation for the flake of 42CrMo steel forgings has been studied. By adopting the rele- vant smelting, forging and heat treament processes to control, the appearance of flake can be avoided, so as to improve the quality of 42CrMo steel forgings.
