摘要
目的:观察健脾降糖汤治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病痰瘀气虚证的临床疗效。方法:136例肥胖型2型糖尿病痰瘀气虚证患者随机分为对照组68例,观察组68例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用健脾降糖汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1c)、餐后2小时血糖(2 hours postprandial blood glucose,2h PG)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)水平、体质量指数及临床症状的变化情况,并评价两组临床疗效。结果:观察组有率为94.12%(64/68),明显高于对照组80.88%(55/68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者Hb A1c、2h PG、FPG、TG、TC水平、体质量指数及中医证候积分均显著降低;且观察组各项观察指标显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾降糖汤治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病痰瘀气虚证患者临床疗效显著,可缓解临床症状,改善血糖、血脂水平,降低体质量指数,提高生存质量。
Objective ： To study the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Jiangtang Decoction in treatment of Obese type Type 2 diabetes with Phlegm-stasis and Qi Deficiency Syndrome. Methods ：136 patients in hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, with 68 cases in each group. The control group took conventional medicine and the research group took Jianpi Jian- gtang Decoction in addition to that of the control group. The changes of glycosylated hemoglobin （ HbA1 c）, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose （ 2hPG）, Triglyceride （ TG）, fasting plasma glucose （ FPG）, total cholesterol （TC） level, body mass index （BMI） and clinical symptom of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results ： The total effective rate of research group was 94.12% （64/68）, which was significantly higher than that, namely, 80.88 % （ 55/68 ）, of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The HbAlc ,2hPG, FPG,TG,TC levels, BMI,TCM symptom score of both groups significantly decreased after treatment, and these in- dexes of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group respectively after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Jianpi Jiangtang Decoction in treatment of obese type Type 2 diabetes with Phlegm-stasis and Qi Deficiency Syndrome can significantly increase the clinical efficacy, relieve clinical symptoms, improve blood glucose and lipid levels, decrease BMI, promote patients＇ recovery and increase patients＇ life quality,which is of great clinical significance.
