脂肪细胞因子SFRP4在肥胖及2型糖尿病领域的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 大多数脂肪细胞因子对机体糖、脂代谢起负反馈作用,促进炎性反应和胰岛素抵抗的发生,同时也有瘦素及脂联素等脂肪细胞因子促进糖脂代谢、减轻炎症反应及胰岛素抵抗,为糖尿病及肥胖等代谢疾病的治疗提供了作用靶点。分泌型卷曲相关蛋白4(SFRP4)作为新发现的脂肪细胞因子,先前相关研究已证实SFRP4是促进细胞凋亡、抑制新生血管、抑制肿瘤形成的一种Wnt信号通路抑制因子。近年来,越来越多的研究发现SFRP4在2型糖尿病(T2DM)发生、发展方面也起到了重要作用。现就SFRP4在肥胖及T2DM领域的相关进展作一综述。
