摘要
2017年2月13日,《推进国家标准公开工作实施方案》发布,方案对国家标准文本公开工作进行了部署。本文通过对国内标准检索平台及其现有业务范围的梳理,在新的政策环境下,就如何更好地发挥标准检索平台的作用提出了几点建议。
The implementation plan of promoting national standards disclosure is released on February 13, 2017. This paper combs through the domestic standard retrieval platforms and their existing business scopes, and puts forward some suggestions on how to better play the role of standard retrieval platforms in the new policy environment.
