摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法测定抗肾衰胶囊中黄芪甲甙的含量。样品经适当提取后在硅胶板上展开 ,展开剂为氯仿 :甲醇 :水 (6 5∶35∶10 )下层 ,经扫描 (扫描条件 :λs=5 5 0 ,λr=70 0 ) ,测得样品含量为31 6 %(mg g) ,平均回收率为 10 4 5 %,RSD为 3 6 2 %。实验证明此方法简便、准确、可靠 ,能控制抗肾衰胶囊质量。
Dual-wavelength TLC scanning was used to determine the content of astragaloside IV in anti-kidney-failure capsule in this experiment.The extracted solution of the preparation was spotted on solica gel-G plate, developed with chloroform-methanol-water(65∶35∶10).By dual-wavelength scanning (λ s=550,λ r=700),the authors determined the content of astragaloside IV was 31.6%(mg/g),the average rate of recovery was 104.5%,and RSD was 3.62%.The method proved to be simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used to control the quality of anti-kidney-failure capsules.
