摘要
肿瘤侵袭和转移是一个相当复杂的过程。现在的观点认为基质金属蛋白酶 (matrixmetalloproteinases ,MMP)在此过程中起重要作用。就近年来的有关文献 ,对MMP与肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系以及相关药物最新进展进行综述。
The invasion and metastasis of tumor is a very complicated process.It is believed that matrix metalloproteinases play an important role in the invasion and metastasis process.This review is about the newest progress of the relationship of MMP and the invasion and metastasis of tumor and the development of antitumor drugs of MMP inhibitors.
