摘要
目的调查10年间黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院成人胫骨干骨折的流行病学特征,并分析阐述其发展和变化的趋势。方法通过前瞻性回顾性分析,对比总结10年期间成人胫骨干骨折的流行病学特征及变化趋势。结果 10年间共收治入院338例成人胫骨干骨折患者,男性患者240例,女性患者98例;42-A型骨折患者168例(49.7%),42-B型骨折患者91例(26.9%),42-C型骨折患者79例(23.4%)。按照时间段进行分组,2006-01—2010-12间为A组共170例患者,男女比例为2.86∶1;2011-01—2015-12间为B组共168例患者,男女比例2.11∶1。两组患者性别构成比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=1.6086,P=0.0205<0.05)。结论成人胫骨干骨折患者的高发年龄段为41~50岁,男性患者多于女性,骨折的高发类型主要为42-A型,且单纯性成人胫骨干骨折患者占胫腓骨双骨干骨折患者的67.6%。前5年、后5年骨折情况相比,患者数量有增多趋势,但发病年龄有下降趋势。
Objective To test the epidemic features and the tendency of tibial fractures in aduh patients who had been treated in the hospital during 10 years. Methods Through prospective and retrospective analysis, the epidemic features and the tendency of tibial fractures in adult patients during 10 years were summarized. Results A total 338 adult tibial shaft bone fractures were gathered up for the investigation, with 240 male bone fractures and 98 female bone fractures. And there were nearly about 168 patients taken as type A （49. 7% ）, 91 patients taken as type B （26. 9% ）, and 79 patients taken as type C （23.4%）. Sex Distribution： Group A had 170 patients with a ratio of 2. 86 ： 1, and Group B had 168 patients with a ratio of 2. 11 ： 1. X2 = 1. 6086, P = O. 0205 〈 O. 05, so there was a huge difference between these two groups （x2 = 1. 6086, P = 0. 0205 〈 0.05 ）. Conduslon The patients＇ age of the a- dult tibial shaft bone fracture is ranged from 41 to 50. The number of the male patients is much larger than the number of female pa- tients. And the bone fracture is mainly pre-dominated by Type 42-A. The ratio of the adult tibial shaft bone fracture is 67. 6% and an increase in the number of the patients, with a decrease in the age.
