摘要
目的:探讨陆德铭经验方在治疗青中年女性乳腺良性增生的临床疗效。方法:筛选从2014年7月到2016年1月就诊于笔者所在医院中医科的57名患者,患者入院后完善钼靶X线,乳腺超声及性激素六项检查等检查确诊为乳腺良性增生后,将患者按照中医症型分为3类。有28名患者为冲任失调型,15名患者为肝郁气滞型,此外还有14名患者为痰凝血瘀型。使用陆德铭经验方1个疗程后,使用乳腺超声对增生大小,增生范围,临床表现等进行评价,随访观察患者半年内乳腺增生是否复发,并进行统计学分析。结果:接受陆德铭经验方治疗一个疗程后,各证型患者发生乳头溢液,乳房胀痛,月经不调等症状明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:陆德铭经验方在治疗青中年女性乳腺良性增生中具有很好的疗效。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Lu Deming's experience in the treatment of benign breast hyperplasia in young and middle-aged women.Methods:57 patients from July 2014 to January 2016 in the author's hospital department cf traditional Chinese medicine,improve mammography in patients after admission,breast ultrasound and sex hormone six examination were diagnosed as benign breast hyperplasia,the patients according to TCM syndrome type is divided into 3 categories.There were 28 patients into Chongren imbalance,15 patients of liver qi stagnation,in addition to 14 patients with phlegm and blood stasis.Using the Lu Deming experience after 1 month treatment,the use of ultrasound for breast hyperplasia hyperplasia size,range,evaluate the clinical manifestations,follow-up of patients within six months of breast hyperplasia recurrence and statistical analysis.Results:After receiving a course of treatment with Lu Deming's experience,the symptoms of nipple discharge,breast distending pain,irregular menstruation and other symptoms were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Lu Deming's experience in the treatment of middle-aged and young women with benign breast hyperplasia has a good effect.
