Erection Techniques for Main Cables in Three-Dimensional Spatial Cable Plane

摘要 松原市天河大桥北汊主桥为主跨266m的双塔三跨自锚式悬索桥,主缆为三维空间索面。猫道施工采用已架设钢梁作为工作平台,在其上进行整体预制吊装预拉猫道承重索,安装U形横梁,铺设面层网,安装踏步方木、扶手索、侧网,并通过塔顶门架进行吊装施工。主缆架设采用PPWS法施工,利用牵引系统由南向北架设主缆。为了控制由于主索鞍平弯及竖弯引起的主缆鼓丝,索股入鞍采用由主索鞍中心向两侧出口的施工顺序,并控制四边形整形器的间距,保证鞍槽内的主缆平顺、不发生扭转现象,抑制主缆鼓丝的产生。主缆索股架设完成后,进行主缆的紧缆、索夹及吊索安装施工,达到设计的成桥主缆线形。 The north main bridge of Songyuan Tianhe Bridge is a two-tower three-span self-an-chored suspension bridge with a main span of 266 m. The main cables are arranged in three-dimen-sional spatial cable planes. In the construction of the catwalk, the steel girders already erected were used as the working platform, on which the integral hoisting and installation of the prefabri-cated elements were conducted. The specific operations involved the pre-tensioning of the load bearing cables of the catwalk, installation of the U-shaped cross beams as well as the floor mesh, timber walkway, handrail cables and the lateral screens, all the installation works were done with the assistance of the portal frames on the tower tops. The main cables were constructed by PPWS method, using the traction system to drag the main cables from south to north. To control the steel wire bulging in the main cables induced by the horizontal and vertical bending of the main ca-ble saddles, the steel wires were threaded into the saddles from the center of the saddles towards the two end openings. The intervals among the rectangular shapers were controlled, with the in-tension of ensuring the evenness of the main cables in the saddle grooves, averting the main cable twisting and preventing the steel wires from bulging. After the completion of the steel wires erec-tion ,the main cables were compacted, and the cable claps and hanger cables were installed, to make sure that the main cables could reach the design alignment in the completed bridge state.
