Pipeline密网支架植入术治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤的护理 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨Pipeline密网支架植入术治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤的护理。方法 :所有患者均经MRI及DSA造影明确诊断为颅内动脉大型、巨大复杂动脉瘤。在充分抗聚药物准备后,全麻下DSA三维旋转造影,选择合适工作角度,通过Marksman导管释放Pipeline支架覆盖动脉瘤颈部。术后继续抗血小板聚集治疗。6个月返院复查造影。结果:本组13例患者均顺利行Pipeline密网支架植入术,术后均未发生术后抗凝、抗血小板聚集相关并发症或死亡;出院时改良Rankin评分0分12例,1分1例。结论 :对于Pipeline密网支架植入术治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤的患者,术前熟悉手术方案并备好介入材料、术中严密监测患者生命体征并配合手术操作者完成患者全身肝素化、术后对缺血事件的判断评估及科学的专科护理规范均是保证手术成功和患者良好预后的关键。
