摘要
在Si3 N4 基体中添加第二相粒子Ti(C0 .12 N0 .88) ,研究Ti(C0 .12 N0 .88)添加量对Si3 N4 Ti(C0 .12 N0 .88)复合材料性能的影响 .结果表明 ,在Si3 N4 _Ti(C0 .12 N0 .88)复合材料中 ,Ti(C0 .12N0 .88)在Si3 N4 基体中能够稳定存在 ,并能起到增韧补强的作用 ,添加适量的Ti(C0 .12 N0 .88) ,Si3 N4 Ti(C0 .12 N0 .88)
The effect of addition of the second phase particles to the Si 3N 4 matrix material on the mechanical properties of Si 3N 4-Ti(C 0.12N 0.88) composites was investigated. The experimental results show that the addition of Ti(C 0.12N 0.88) particles can improve the flexural strength and the fracture toughness of Si 3N 4-Ti(C 0.12N 0.88) composites. The second phase particles Ti(C 0.12N 0.88) are found to be stable in the Si 3N 4 matrix material.
