摘要 [目的]研究植物生长调节剂对于3号品系马铃薯促进与抑制作用。[方法]以3号马铃薯为试材,研究KT与IBA组合及不同浓度烯效唑对其腋芽萌发和生长的影响。[结果]0.02~0.2 mg/L烯效唑可显著抑制3号马铃薯试管苗生长,但这种抑制作用仅限于当代,对继代培养的芽段的腋芽抽生及生长无显著影响;0.1 mg/L KT+0.2 mg/L IBA植物生长调节剂组合对马铃薯试管腋芽抽生和生长的促进作用不显著,但可以拮抗烯效唑对马铃薯试管苗生长的抑制作用。[结论]可以利用烯效唑的抑制作用培养出比较粗壮的腋芽,控制3号马铃薯试管苗的繁殖周期,延长继代间隔时间,减少继代次数,降低生产成本。又可以利用KT与IBA组合对烯效唑的拮抗作用,迅速解除烯效唑的抑制作用。 [Objective] This experiment was aimed at studying the influences of plant growth regulators on the sprouting and growth of axillary buds. [Methods] The tube seedlings of potato code-named No. 3 were used as materials. The influences of plant growth regulators including the KT and IBA combination and sumiseven on the spruting and growth of axillary buds were studied, [Result] The growth of No.3 tube seedlings were significantly retarded by 0.02-0.2 mg/L of sumiseven. The sumiseven showed inhibition to the axillary buds only during the treatment period, and had no significant influence after the subculture. The combination of 0.1 mg/L KT +0.2 mg/L IBA had no significant effect on the sprouting and growth of axillary buds, but it could inhibit the growth retardance induced by sumiseven. [Conclusion] This study provided technical support for the forcing and retarding culture of tube potato seedlings, and for its overall artificial regulation of in vitro rapid micropropagation.
