试用观察表明,擦手速效消毒液对皮肤菌群的消毒效果,与肥皂洗手法相当,但使用方便,在旅行途中或野外作业,卫生供水困难时仍具一定实用意义。
The quick-acting hand disinfectant contains chloro-bromoisocyanuric acid and an acid synergist. In a field trial of its solution containing 500 ppm available chlorine or the tissue containing this solution in bus conductors, bank cashiers, OPD doctors, outpatients and experimental animal keepers, it was indicated that the efficacy of this disinfectant in removing the naturally contaminating bacteria and artificially contaminating Staphylococcus albus on hand was similar to that of washing hand with soap in tests for more than 300 person—times. The disinfectant is convenient for use, not irritative and especially useful during travel, field operation and shortage of water supply.
