浅谈超宽整幅式箱梁支架法节段现浇技术

摘要 悬臂浇筑法和支架节段浇筑法是变截面箱梁的最主要两种施工方法,而0#块更是施工的重点和难点部位。现结合工程实例,从0#块桩柱接合式临时固结体系设计、温控设计和控制、节段支架整体架立、分节对称现浇和效果描述,重点介绍了超宽整幅式变截面箱梁支架法节段现浇关键技术。工程实践表明,当场地具备条件,采用支架法节段现浇法,可加快施工进度,缩短工期和节约施工成本,从而为同类桥型提供了有益借鉴。 The cantilever construction method and support segmental pouring method are the main two construction methods of the variable cross-section box girder, and the 0# block construction is the focus and difficulty. This paper mainly introduces the segmental cast-in-place technology of super-wide full-size variable cross-section box girder from the temporary consolidation system design of 0# block pile joint, the control and design of temperature, the integral erection of segmental support, and the description of segmental symmetric cast-in-situ pouring and effect. The engineering practice shows that the use of support segmental cast-in-situ method can speed up the construction schedule, shorten the construction period and save construction cost under the ground conditions. It provides a useful reference for the similar bridges.
