摘要
新一轮科技革命和产业变革正在兴起,湖州制造企业要从经济转型和产业结构优化中获得最大利益实现可持续发展,关键在于提升企业竞争力。本文选取代表性指标构建出科学合理的竞争力评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法获得竞争力评价指数,接着利用SWOT分析对湖州、宁波、金华、台州、嘉兴等市进行对比分析,最后找出湖州制造企业竞争中的优劣势。
A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change is on the rise. Huzhou manufacturing enterprises should benefit from the economic transformation and optimization of industrial structure to achieve sustainable development, the key is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper selects representative indicators to build a scientific and rational evaluation index system of competitiveness, and uses AHP to obtain competitiveness evalxxation index. Then SWOT analysis is used to compare and analyze the cities such as Huzhou, Ningbo, Jinhua, Taizhou and Jiaxing. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the competition among Huzhou manufacturing enterprises are foxmd out.
