摘要
为提高TBM双护盾豆砾石回填及回填灌浆质量,需要设置封闭环。通过试验研究各种封闭环的材料和方法以及水泥灌浆、化学灌浆、模袋灌浆和人工抹砂浆形成的封闭环优缺点进行对比,突出了模袋灌浆封闭环的优点。促使TBM双护盾模袋灌浆封闭环技术能够得以推广和应用。
In order to improve the quality of TBM double shield bean gravel backfill and backfill grouting, Need to set the closed loop. The advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of closed ring materials and methods as well as the sealing ring of cement grouting, chemical grouting, bag grouting and artificial plastering mortar were studied, To promote the TBM double shield mold bag grouting sealing ring technology can be popularized and applied.
