摘要
以风电优先上网、火电机组总煤耗费用最低、火电机组出力总波动量最小为目标,建立风水火多目标联合优化调度模型。利用启发搜索确定每个调度时段内参与调度的火电机组,避免机组频繁启停和系统容量冗余。通过引入差分进化算法,改善已有粒子群算法的不足,利用典型10机测试系统验证该算法的优越性。最后,通过对国内某地区电网的仿真计算,验证所提出调度模型的合理性和求解算法的正确性。
Taking wind power priority in accessing to the power grid, the minimum total coal consumption cost of the thermal power generating unit and fluctuation amount of output of the thermal power generating unit as targets, this paper establshes a multi-objective combined optimal dispatching model for wind- hydro-thermal power system. By means of heuristicsearch , it determines the thermal power generating unit participating in dispatching in every dispatching time frame so as to avoid frequent startup and stop of the unit and system capacity redundancy. By introducing differentirithm ,it improves deficiencies of existing particle swarm algorithm (PSO) , and a typical 10-machine verify superiority of DB algorithm. Finally , simulating calculation on one regional power grid proposed dispatching model and validity of the solution algorithm.
