摘要
当前高校班级活动开展中普遍存在活动同质性高、缺乏吸引力,活动导向性弱、主题不突出,学生参与度低、缺乏积极性,规定活动比重大、自主活动较少,教师参与较少、活动缺乏指导等问题,其中的成因主要包括活动本身以及参与者自身问题。有效开展高校班级活动必须通过深入了解活动对象特征,科学高效组织活动,丰富活动内容形式,突出学生主体地位,加强学干队伍建设,提高学生组织能力等措施。
Recently, college class activities have a number of problems in its process of carrying out,for example,with high homogeneity, low attractiveness and orientation,no outstanding theme,low student participation and motivation, many required activities and few independent learning,low teacher participation and few specialized guidance,etc.The reason can be divided into the activities and the participants two aspects. College class activities cannot be carried out without insighting into the active object,scientifically and effectively organizing activities,enching contents and forms of the activities,stressing students＇？main？role,strengthening the building of student？leaders and improving the students＂ ability of organization,etc.
