摘要
煤矿"一通三防"是煤矿企业得以安全生产的首要前提,不仅可有效预防瓦斯爆炸及各种安全事故的发生,且能确保开采人员及生产设施的安全。分析了煤矿"一通三防"的概念,指出煤矿"一通三防"存在的现实问题,提出了提高煤矿"一通三防"作用的应对措施。
The system of ventilation and preventions of gas explosion, coal dust explosion and fire accidents is the premise of safety production in coal mines. It not only can effectively prevent the happening of gas explosion and various kinds of safety accidents, but also can ensure the safety of the production personnel and facilities. This paper analyzed the concept of the system, pointed out the realistic problems existed in the system, and put forward the corresponding measures to improve the effect of the system in coal mines.
