摘要
针对一起110 kV电容式电压互感器在预防性试验过程中出现的介质损耗超标问题,对整体状态下CVT的电容分压器电容及介损的测量方法进行了探索和验证,得出了用整体测试CVT串联后的总电容和介损的方法来判断CVT的好坏是不科学的,对产生误差的原因进行了分析,总结了测量中的有关问题,并就如何提高数据正确程度提出一些建议。
Aimed at the exceeding problem of dielectric loss in a 110 kV capacitive voltage transformer' s preventive test, we explored and verified the measuring method of the capacitance of capacitive voltage divider and the dielectric loss, drew a conclusion that it' s unscientific to estimate CVT' s good or bad by overall test of total capacitance and dielectric loss after the CVT series, analyzed the source of error, summarized relevant questions in the measurement, and put forward some proposals on how to improve the accuracy of the data.
