巷道压顶光面爆破裂隙扩展模拟及参数优化 被引量:6

摘要 为了优化爆破孔网参数,采用显式动力分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,建立光面爆破的炮孔爆破数值仿真模型,以压顶光面爆破孔网参数变量控制模拟爆破裂纹扩展。研究结果表明:巷道压顶光面爆破孔网中设置诱导控制孔,能够有效诱导爆生裂纹的定向扩展,有利于提高光面爆破的巷道壁光滑平整度;在压顶光面爆破中,诱导控制孔的应力时程曲线拉应力表现突出,有利于诱导裂隙的扩展演化,单元受压时诱导控制孔表现为卸压应力状态;以裂隙的演化扩展曲线为评价指标,在孔网参数中添加诱导控制孔,周边孔间距取900 mm时裂隙形成的巷道壁光滑整齐,可提高光面爆破在此类地质条件下的适应性;当光爆层的爆破孔网参数采用间隔布置诱导控制孔时,工程中爆破孔间距以900 mm左右为宜。 In order to optimize net parameters of holes by means of controlling the propagation of simulative blasting fracture with controlling variable method,the dynamic explicit software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to establish a numerical simulation model of the smooth blasting holes.The results show that: Induction-control hole in the holes net of the coping smooth blasting in roadway can not only induce the propagation of blasting fracture in orientation effectively, but also is beneficial to improve the ratio of smoothness in the wall of the roadway.In the smooth blasting of coping,tensile stress is obvious in the time-history curve of induction-control holes and beneficial to induce the propagation of blasting fracture.Also,the unloading stress state is expressed when induction-control hole is compressed in the key cell area.When the evolution-propagation curve is used as evaluation index,under the condition that the spacing of peripheral holes is 900 mm,the adaptability of smooth blasting is improved in these geological conditions with smooth wall.When an induction-control hole is set between two adjacent peripheral holes, the optimal blasting hole spacing is advised to be about 900 mm in engineering.
