摘要
旨在从健康的降香黄檀叶片和嫩枝中分离筛选出对降香黄檀炭疽病具有高效拮抗作用的细菌。在海南省林业科学研究所金鸡岭苗圃1年生健康降香黄檀幼苗叶片和嫩枝,采用组织分离法,分离纯化后得到53株对炭疽病菌有拮抗活性的内生细菌,经过发酵液复筛得到一株抑菌率为78.84%的内生细菌,编号为Y23。经形态学观察、生理生化测定初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)。
It is aimed to obtain a bacterial strain that has strongly antagonistic activity to Dalbergia Odorifera Anthracnose. The healthy leaves and twigs of Dalbergia odorifera were collected from Jin Jiling nursery, 53 endophytic bacteria strains with bacteriostatic activity were obtained by using dilution-plate method. From flat confrontation method screening and fermentation liquid compound sieve, one endophytic bacteria strain Y23 was found with inhibitory effect to 78.84% when Colletotrichum gloeosporioides as the indicator fungi. Based on the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics analysis, strainY23 was identified as Bacillus.
