Empirical Research on Cost Prediction Model of Technical Renovation for Electric Power Substation Project

摘要 选取华北地区电网企业生产技改工程造价数据,按不同电压等级划分变电站技改工程,构建项目静态投资与各工程单位造价间的多元回归方程模型;通过变电站生产技改工程造价预测值和实际值的对比,验证所建模型的有效性;并对单位工程的单位造价影响程度进行敏感性分析,得出对生产技改项目投资影响较大的因素,进而帮助企业明确重点管控内容,从而提升变电站生产技改项目造价管理水平。 Taking the costs datas of technical renovation for electric power substation projects implemented by a power grid company in North China area as examples, the paper classifies the substation projects by different voltages to build the multiple regression equation model between the project static investments and the unit costs of engineering projects. The results prove the model's effectiveness by comparing the predicted costs values to the actual values, and uses sensitivity analysis to test the influencing degrees of each unit costs, indentifies the major factors to the investment of the technical renovation projects, provides references for power grid enterprises to control project costs, and improves management level of technical renovation for electric power substation projects.
