摘要
实验以20%KOH/活性炭(AC)为催化剂,采用绿色环保的碳酸二甲酯为甲基化试剂,在高压釜中,高选择性合成了1-甲基咪唑。考察了温度、时间、投料比、压力对反应的影响,当温度150℃,n(碳酸二甲酯)/n(咪唑)=1.1,釜内最大压力3 MPa,反应2h,1-甲基咪唑产率最高,97%。该工艺不使用溶剂,绿色无污染,具有工业化应用前景。
A highly selective synthetic method of 1 - methylimidazole was reported, using 20% KOH/AC as catalyst,environmentally friendly dimethyl carbonate as methylating agent. The effects of reaction temperature, time, feed ratio andpressure on the yield of 1 - methylimidazole were also investigated. The results showed that when the reaction temperature is150℃, n(dimethyl carbonate)/n(imidazole) = 1.1, maximum pressure 3 MPa and the reaction time is 3 hours, the yield of 1-methylimidazole reached 97%. This process avoiding use organic solvent, is a green way with good industrial prospect.
