摘要
类比国家及行业标准中有关固体燃料燃烧热值的测定过程及结果表征,研究基于恒温式氧弹量热计对偏二甲肼这一易挥发性双组元液体推进剂的燃烧热值测定方法,分析了易挥发性样品的密封处理、充氧压力、点火失败原因等;对比国外标准发现,测定结果重复性的提高是待解决的关键,对一系列自然贮存偏二甲肼氧化样品及加入偏腙处理后样品进行了燃烧热值的测定,并将测定结果与组分分析结果进行对照。结果显示,燃烧热值降低程度与偏二甲肼氧化后产物的体积比相关。
According to the government and industrial standards about the determination processes to solid fuel,the measurement methods and processes of the combustion heat value were investigated based on invariable temperature oxygen-bomb calorimeter for UDMH: a kind of volatilizable liquid propellant. The seal deals of volatilizable sample,choice of the oxygen pressure,looking for the ignition fail reasons and so on were analyzed. Compared with foreign standards, the critical question is how to increase the repeatability of determination results. A series of UDMH samples which are natural storage oxidized and joined with partial hydrazone determined their combustion heat. Comparing the results with the constituent contents,the reduce level of the heat value is related with volume ratio of oxidation products.
